2. Illustrative, AI-generated output

The website research, commercial drafts, scores, coaching observations and rehearsal notes are generated with automated and artificial-intelligence systems. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable or based on misunderstood public information. The tool and every report are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any promise that they are correct, complete, available or fit for a particular purpose.

The output is general, illustrative information—not legal, financial, regulatory or professional advice. You must review it, check factual claims, obtain any appropriate advice, and decide whether and how to use or test it.

3. No sales-performance guarantee

Neither Scorchsoft nor Sandler Heart of England guarantees that a commercial, recommendation or use of this tool will generate leads, meetings, revenue, conversion improvements or any other sales or business result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside the tool’s control.

4. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You must be at least 18, have authority to submit the information you provide, and use the tool lawfully. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, unlawful, infringing or third-party personal information you are not entitled to share. Do not use automation, false identities or multiple addresses to evade limits; interfere with the service; probe its security; or use it to spam, harass or deceive anyone.

5. Information, report delivery and sharing

We process the email address, name, company, website, answers and generated report needed to provide the challenge, secure saved link and requested report. Your report and submitted inputs will be emailed to you and shared with the Scorchsoft and Sandler Heart of England contacts operating this co-branded service. They may contact you where needed to deliver, support or respond about this service.

6. Optional marketing emails

If you separately choose the optional email permission on the access form, Scorchsoft and Sandler Heart of England may each email you about relevant AI, software and sales-support services. You can withdraw that permission or unsubscribe at any time. Leaving the optional box unticked does not prevent access, report delivery or the operational sharing described above.

7. Saved and shared links

Saved reports use a hard-to-guess link containing an access token. Anyone who receives or copies that complete link may be able to open the report. Keep it secure and share it only with people you trust.

8. Intellectual property

You may copy, adapt and use your generated commercial and report for your own lawful internal business purposes. Scorchsoft, Sandler and their licensors retain their respective names, logos, software, designs, methods and other pre-existing intellectual property. No endorsement, certification or licence to use either brand is granted.

9. Availability and third parties

We may change, suspend or withdraw the tool, limits or these terms. Website analysis, email delivery, AI services and external links rely on third parties and may fail or change. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Scorchsoft and Sandler Heart of England are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, or decisions made in reliance on the tool or a report. Any exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent it is fair, reasonable and enforceable under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from the tool are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
